1. General Overview
Access 47 operates under H.K. Productions Inc. as a private executive advisory service. All sessions are designed for professional, strategic, and personal development purposes. Participation does not establish a legal, medical, or therapeutic relationship. Access 47 reserves the right to accept or decline consulting requests at its discretion to ensure engagements remain aligned, ethical, and beneficial to both client and advisor.

2. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions, correspondence, or communications is strictly confidential. Neither party may disclose or reproduce any information, materials, or frameworks discussed without prior written consent, except where required by law. Violations of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.

3. Booking & Scheduling
All sessions are private and conducted exclusively by phone. Sessions are available by appointment only and subject to limited availability. Clients are responsible for booking through the official Access 47 scheduling system at www.Access47.com.
Appointments are confirmed once payment has been received, and a confirmation email with session details has been issued.

Clients may reschedule or cancel directly through their confirmation email up to 2 hours before the scheduled session without penalty. Any reschedules or cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled time are considered late and are non-refundable.

4. Fees & Payments
Payment must be completed in full at the time of booking. Access 47 currently accepts payments exclusively through Square, ensuring secure and encrypted transactions. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Refund Policy
Access 47 upholds fairness and transparency as guiding principles. Clients may request a 100% refund within 24 hours of session completion if dissatisfied. Refunds apply only to the most recent completed session and must be requested by email at clientcare@access47.com.

Requests must include the client’s full name, session date, and a brief explanation for the refund request.

Requesting and receiving a refund also means the client will no longer be eligible to book or participate in future sessions with Access 47.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

No refunds are issued for missed or late sessions unless rescheduled within policy guidelines.

Access 47 reserves the right to review each request individually to ensure fairness to both the client and the advisory.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations or reschedules made within 2 hours of the scheduled time are considered late and are non-refundable. Failure to attend a session (no-show) forfeits the session fee.
In rare emergencies, Access 47 may offer a one-time courtesy exception at its discretion.

7. Privacy & Data Protection
Access 47 values privacy and protects all personal and professional information shared by clients. Information is collected solely to deliver services, process payments, and communicate essential updates.
All third-party services, including Square, comply with applicable data protection regulations and maintain their own privacy standards.

8. Code of Conduct
Access 47 maintains a professional, ethical, and respectful environment for all participants. Clients agree to communicate with professionalism, honesty, and respect throughout their engagement. Any behavior deemed disrespectful, unethical, or disruptive may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, and intellectual property provided by Dr. Alexis Davis or Access 47 are the exclusive property of H.K. Productions Inc. Clients may not copy, reproduce, record, or distribute any portion of sessions, materials, or frameworks without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
Access 47 and H.K. Productions Inc. are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in advisory sessions. All sessions are advisory in nature, and outcomes depend on the client’s interpretation and application of the insights provided.

11. Disclaimer
Access 47 operates solely as a professional advisory service. Sessions are not a substitute for legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. By booking a session, clients acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that they assume full responsibility for their decisions and outcomes.

12. Amendments
Access 47 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on the Access 47 website. Continued use of services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
